• Covered river-view porch: Stretching the length of the cabin with rocking chairs and wicker seating, it’s an easy place for coffee, conversation, or taking in the view.
• Shaded fire pit: Adirondack seating beneath mature trees creates a relaxing spot to gather by the river. Wood-burning; guests provide firewood.
• River access: Follow the gravel path to the shoreline for fishing or launching a kayak. No dock is provided.
• Charcoal grill: Simple park-style grill for cooking outdoors; guests provide charcoal.
• Open yard: Green space around the cabin provides additional room to enjoy the outdoors.

The cabin accommodates up to 4 guests.
• Main bedroom: Queen bed with storage for clothing, luggage, and extra linens.
• Living area: Sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option.
• Loft: Full-size mattress in a compact loft accessed by a fixed wooden ladder. The loft has low headroom and limited space.

Guests have private access to the cabin, covered porch, yard, fire pit area, covered parking, and river shoreline.
Self check-in is available through the smart lock on the front porch. The spiral staircase provides access to the front entrance.
For luggage and larger items, we recommend using the wider wooden staircase and rear door rather than carrying belongings up the narrow spiral staircase.
A gravel path leads from the property down to the river for fishing and launching kayaks.

WATER SUPPLY
The cabin uses a private water-storage tank rather than city water or a well. Water is delivered to the property, so guests should be mindful of water use during their stay.
ROAD ACCESS
The cabin is approximately 3 miles down a dirt road. After periods of heavy rain, shallow water may occasionally cross portions of the road. Conditions can vary with weather.
RIVER ACCESS
The property has direct shoreline access but no dock. The shoreline is natural and may include rocks, limbs, uneven ground, and other natural conditions. Swimming or entering the river is at your own risk.
STAIRS & LOFT
The cabin is elevated and requires stairs for entry. The sleeping loft is accessed by a fixed wooden ladder without handrails and has low headroom.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome, but the property includes open river access, stairs, a loft ladder, fire pit, wildlife, and natural terrain. Children should be closely supervised outdoors and around these areas.
LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer at the cabin.
