This is a studio layout (open space with queen bed, not a separate bedroom).
The cottage is located behind the main house, which is also a mid-term rental. You’ll have your own private entrance, patio, and parking.

Starter supplies provided (to get you settled), but guests are responsible for restocking during longer stays.

Inside, you have the entire place. Outside, you have your private patio and two parking spaces. Do Not block the driveway, and be respectful of the neighbors.
We generally allow our guests privacy but we are available if you need anything. We do use the garage for storage and may show-up from time to time to access it.
Neighborhood
Quiet cul‑de‑sac in the Garden/Cloverdale area — historic residential streets, tree canopy, nearby LeGrande and Cloverdale parks, and the Cloverdale commercial/entertainment strip (cafés, restaurants, bars) within a few minutes. Downtown Montgomery, the State Capitol and Riverfront are a short drive away, making the location convenient for sightseeing and business.
Getting around
Car: Most convenient — on‑site/nearby street parking; quick access to Norman Bridge Rd and local connectors to I‑85 and I‑65. Rideshare/taxis are widely available.
Walk: Short walks to neighborhood parks and some restaurants in Cloverdale; not fully walkable for longer trips.
Public transit: Montgomery Area Transit System (MATS) runs limited local bus routes; service is infrequent compared with larger cities. Plan for car or ride options for most trips.
Biking: Local streets are bikeable but expect mixed infrastructure; exercise caution on busier roads.
